Donna
Donna is a Call Center Rep at MMCU who loves helping members as well as her coworkers. Her office nickname is Mama Donna. She has been with the company for 16 years. She has one daughter, Heather, and four stepchildren: Veronica, Randy, Joshua (deceased), and Abby. Donna enjoys reading, camping, bike riding, fishing, and spending time with her grandkids.
Florida is her favorite travel destination, but she would love to go on a cruise. Donna is a fan of the Seahawks, pizza, country music, and any book by V.C. Andrews. Her favorite things to watch are 911, 911 Lonestar, and all the versions of the Chicago and FBI shows. Her biggest pet peeve is dirty dishes left in the sink.
Donna describes herself as being friendly, a hard worker, and dependable, but she thinks her friends would say she’s a jokester, helpful, and energetic. Her most treasured childhood memory is spending time on her grandparents’ farm. What is Donna’s idea of a perfect day? “Getting all my work done, while being able to help as many members as I can.”
