Asset Recovery Assistant

Full-time, Wood River Branch

Reporting to Asset Recovery Manager.

Responsibilities include:

Preserving the credit union’s assets by aggressively collecting delinquent accounts, working overdraft privilege accounts, recovering funds from charged off loans and negative account balances. Processing bankruptcies, garnishments, citations, and child support liens. Ordering repossessions and disposing of the collateral, working foreclosures, submitting debit fraud chargebacks, and any other duties assigned by the Asset Recovery Manager.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills that may involve motivating or influencing others, good organizational skills, be multi -task oriented, ability to work independently and with a team and strong computer skills.

Pay Range

$19.32-$24.15 Hourly

Full-Time, Maryville Branch

Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:

Assisting members with financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transferring funds, selling money orders, and various other products.  Perform daily cash drawer balancing.  Maintain accurate account records and communicate effectively.  Educate members on products and services that will enhance their financial position. 

Requirements:

Cash handling experience preferred.  Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail.  Computer proficient. Willing to promote and sell credit union products and services.

Pay Range:

$15.86 to $17.33 Hourly
