Never give out your card or account information.

Some of our members have been approached and tricked into giving out their personal information by scammers portraying themselves as our "fraud department". It is important to remember that we will never contact you and ask you to provide your information. 

If you receive such a call, hang up without answering any questions. If you aren't sure if the call was from us, you can reach us at 618-254-0605. It is always better to terminate a suspicious call and err on the side of caution.
